Our Game Servers are experiencing performance issues. This may cause difficulty connecting to the game, playing the game, as well as disconnections from the game. We are working as quickly as we can to resolve these issues.
Our Technical Operations team have just completed the final round of District maintenance to wrap up the work on the recent performance issues. All server components are back to usual operation and are remaining healthy.
We're sorry for the inconvenience caused over the first couple of days of the v2.9 update, and we hope you continue to enjoy the update now that everything is back to smooth operation!
Our Technical Operations team believe they have identified the root cause of the recent server instabilities and have performed a brief maintenance to apply the patch.
We'll be monitoring performance to see if the instabilities have been rectified. Thank you for your patience throughout this process!
